It has been claimed that the incident took place during a COVID-19 vaccination drive in Mumbai.

A simple Google search with the keywords ‘railing collapse fall’ throws up several news reports that say seven students died and five others were injured after falling from the fourth floor of the Public University of El Alto, Bolivia.

According to a report by The Independent, “The incident occurred as dozens of students crammed onto the balcony to enter a lecture hall for an assembly on Tuesday.”
